The Bubble

Two preparation sessions, one ceremony day, and two integration sessions. Time to get to know each other, prepare, and stay in conversation afterward.

Five sessions, held together.

The Bubble is a continuous relationship of support. I get to know what matters to you before ceremony, stay with you through the day, and help you work with what arises afterward.

Intake Session

In person or by Zoom

We begin with your history and what’s present for you. I want to understand the person arriving and the life you’re arriving from.

You can ask about ceremony, my approach, and the support available to you. We take our time deciding what moving forward looks like.

Intentions Session

In person or by Zoom

We clarify what you want to call into ceremony, even if it is still difficult to name.

We also talk through the day, the support you may want, and the boundaries you want me to understand.

Ceremony Day

A full day together, always in person

You turn inward, and I stay with you. There may be tenderness, beauty, uncertainty, movement, or difficult things to meet.

I help you welcome what arises, stay attentive to your comfort, and guide you through the experience. Your needs, choices, and boundaries remain at the center.

Integration Themes

The first integration, always in person

In our first integration, we sit together and notice the themes of your journey. We do very little processing.

The purpose is to look together and give the experience time to settle. What are we noticing?

Integration Applications

At least two weeks after Integration Themes, in person or by Zoom

How do we help the goodness of the journey stay with you?

We consider practices, relationships, choices, and changes that may help what you found become part of the way you live.

What would you like to talk about?

We can talk about what brings you here, what you hope for, and whether this way of working feels right.
