An outdoor moment from Lisa’s Nature photo essay

A full day together

Ceremony Day

Always in person

You stay with your experience, and I stay with you. There may be tenderness, beauty, uncertainty, or difficult things to meet. I am present and support the work of your inner healer.

We’ve spent time preparing for this day. Now there is space to be with what arises.

How the day unfolds

The day has a shape, with room for your experience to set the pace. We talk through timing and practical details together in preparation.

  1. 01

    Arriving

We leave time to arrive, get comfortable, and speak about how you’re feeling. Your questions are welcome. We revisit your intentions and the agreements we made in preparation.

  2. 02

    Opening

We open the ceremony in the way we have prepared for together. You have time to settle into the space and turn your attention inward.

  3. 03

    Turning inward

There may be stillness, emotion, movement, unexpected beauty, or difficult feelings. I listen, notice, and offer guidance. We attend to what is happening in your whole body.

  4. 04

    Unfolding

Your experience may change direction. You may want quiet, closeness, a little space, or support meeting something tender. I stay present and work within the boundaries we have agreed on.

  5. 05

    Returning

As the experience settles, we make room for nourishment, comfort, and rest. There is no need to immediately explain everything or turn it into a lesson.

  6. 06

    After ceremony

We meet in person for Integration Themes, looking together at what emerged. Integration Applications takes place at least two weeks after Integration Themes and explores how to bring those discoveries into daily life.

What would you like to talk about?

You can ask about ceremony, preparation, comfort, and support afterward. We can take the time to see whether working together feels right.
